Daniel’s Group Holdings Limited is one of the chain-operated local catering companies in Hong Kong. The founder, Mr. Daniel Cheng joined the catering industry in the early 1980s and established the first dessert shop on Sai Yeung Choi Street MongKok. By 1982, the Daniel’s Group was opened, which mainly sold desserts. After 1987, it was changed to a tea restaurant, adding all kinds of noodles and stir-fries. After more than 30 years of development, the group has established itself as a diversified catering enterprise with more than 400 employees. The Group also set up its own central kitchen and logistics center in 2007 and implemented standardized operation procedures to unify the quality of products produced by each branch. The Group continues to provide customers with a variety of dining experiences. Its current brands include “Daniel’s Restaurant”, ” Big Top Restaurant” and ” 1/F Cafe”, with a total of 13 stores located in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, serving more than 300,000 customers per month Offers a variety of cuisines and a comfortable dining environment.

Set up a branch

The dessert shop opened a branch in Nathan Road, MongKok after the business was on track.

The prototype of tea restaurant

Expand the business

Branches were opened in Waldo Shopping Centre in Tuen Mun, Tai Pa Street in Tsuen Wan and Kingswood Richly Plaza in Tin Shui Wai.

Big Top Restaurant

Big Top restaurant was opened in Times Square Tuen Mun. At the beginning of its opening, the model train was used as a tout, attracting many family customers.

Recreate the nostalgic brand

The new brand "1/F Cafe" was established in 2017, and its first store was located at Sai Yeung Choi South Street Mong Kok. The brand is positioned with the image of nostalgic ice room. The menu features a selection of representative food and beverages, coupled with a nostalgic shop decoration, attracting local residents and business customers. The brand is positioned as a small and medium-sized restaurant. The products of "1/F Cafe" combine nostalgic elements and brand characteristics. Now there are 4 stores in the New Territories.

Reheat soup packs

Each package of products managed by "Daniel’s" is cooked and stewed at an ultra-high temperature of 121°C, so that the products are sterile and do not need to be refrigerated. Each pack is produced in an ISO certified factory. The pure natural original flavor is preserved, the nutrition is not lost, and customers can eat it with peace of mind.
